As a former professional triathlete, highly credentialed Sports Performance Dietitian, acclaimed author and presenter, Pip possesses a unique skill set that gives her credibility, authenticity and expertise.

Both sporting and professional careers have seen Pip work, train, learn from and help educate athletes, coaches, and specialists from various backgrounds and across different sports. Her expertise is grounded in science and her performance advice bridges the gap between emerging science and practice.

Simone Austin
BSc, MNutrDiet, Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Advanced Sports Dietitian

Simone Austin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Chief Health Officer and chair of the Health Advisory Board at Healthylife, as well as a published author. Simone is also currently on the board at Dietitians Australia.

She is the past President of Sports Dietitians Australia and has consulted to many of Australia’s top sporting teams including the Australian Men’s Cricket Team and the Hawthorn Football Club from 2008-2020, enjoying three consecutive premiership wins in that time.

For 25+ years, Simone has provided nutrition education to the public. In her media work and book, Eat Like An Athlete, Simone’s nutrition insights and practical advice are available to everyone.

Dr Tim Crowe
BSc(Hons), MNutrDiet, PhD, Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian (AdvAPD)

Backed by a 25-year academic teaching and research career in nutrition and health, Tim Crowe now works chiefly as a freelance health, medical and nutrition writer and scientific consultant.

Tim’s expertise is always based on current evidence informed by peer-reviewed journal articles, government and peak health body guidelines, and medical experts. His popular podcast, Thinking Nutrition, is all about presenting the latest nutrition research in plain language and then translating this into what it means for individual health.

Sharon Curtain
BSc, MDiet, Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN), Accredited Health Coach

With over 20 years of experience in clinical and corporate nutrition, Sharon is passionate about nutrition education and communication, with a focus on finding practical solutions to the challenges and barriers to achieving a healthy lifestyle.

Her interest in better-supporting clients in behaviour change lead to her studying health coaching and developing the first VET accredited Diploma of Health Coaching course in Australia.

Shivaun Conn
